Just wrapped up a 5 mile run. I feel awesome.
Feeling awesome is something that I’d like to continue to do :) SO, I’m setting my single New Years resolution…
- Run a minimum of 365 miles in 2012.
I’m not looking to be Mr. Marathon over here, but with a couple short runs per week, say 3 miles, and 4 miles, I feel good about life and my physical state. I’ll probably work in some other workouts (yoga, trail runs, surf) but I’m simplifying my commitment to the runs. An avg of 7 miles a week…and yes I’m on pace, did 9m this week.
A few other things I’m shooting for this year, just to get them in writing:
- Get Uber to at least 20 cities (this is all about building an awesome team)
- See 4 countries (see last goal :)
- Spend time with Molly camping (places like Yosemite, Tahoe, Pt. Reyes, Half Moon Bay)
- Get back into surfing (I need a better wetsuit for NorCal, but I’ve been away from my roots for too long)

Atta Boy! Glad we both had the resolution to run this year. If you’re going to be at guys weekend we might have to get some cold weather runs in Boulder.
